Unclaimed Funds

What are unclaimed funds?
Unclaimed or surplus funds are government-held monies that come from closed accounts and other sources and that are owed to individuals, businesses and organizations.
We obtain your notarized approval and file the necessary forms with the state agency holding your funds.  The forms are reviewed and processed and the funds are schedule for distribution.  In some cases, it may be necessary to obtain a court order to have the surplus funds distributed.  During the entire process, there is no upfront cost to you.  We will NEVER ask you to pay anything out-of-pocket.
